Food is important to our clients, which is why we love them and know they will our food. However, the entertainment portion of the event is equally important to our clients.  In our humble opinion, we offer a plated meal as the perfect answer to “having your cake and eating it too.”

We are here to dispel the myth that plated meals are too formal or keep guests sitting in their chairs too long.  Plated meals, when done correctly, offer clients the best use of event day timeline and planning time. 

Weddings are busy days. Clients and guests are flowing from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to dinner, and finally to dancing. Our plated meals offer a brief respite during the day to pause for an hour and half to take in all the love that the day holds. We strive to offer a quick turn of service so that our clients and guests are on the dance floor soaking up and dancing out the fun and the love.

Sample Plated Meals

Pear & Gorgonzola salad sliced anjou pears, gorgonzola cheese, toasted walnuts, mixed baby greens tossed with maple vinaigrette and served with grilled rrostini

Pan seared halibut with a cranberry orange ginger relish, & drizzled with lemon buerre blanc. Served with; saffron scented risotto cakes with lime crème fraîche sautéed snap peas, shaved carrot, & scallion with toasted sesame vinaigrette grilled

Beef tenderloins au poive. Served with; lobster truffle mashed potatoes tarragon carrot bundles
